Makayla, Board President
My name is Makayla Rustigian. I lived in Clovis I graduated high school in 2014 I moved to Arroyo Grande. I lived in Arroyo Grande for 9 years I work at pathpoint. I’m a part of Ucp. I graduated from the ambassador club now. I’m a ambassador mentor to help new people to become a leader to help people in the community who needs help and I’m on the board of directors and I’m the president of the people first group and I’m on the fundraising committee and I’m on the community committee. I want to help all the special needs people to know they are perfect no matter what anyone say and i want to help them learn and understand things and I want to help them not feel left out and make them feel comfortable to share and help each other out and I want to help special needs and disabled people that are getting bullied or just having a hard time and I want to help them understand that they are loved and make them feel they are amazing to be around with and I want people with disability to know they are never alone.

My name is Penny. I lived in Grover beach for 4 years then I moved to Arroyo Grande and I live there for 7 years I went to Arroyo Grande high school I graduated high school in 1979 and I have a daughter and she has cerebral palsy and I graduated from the ambassador club and I’m also the vice president of people first group and I’m a mentor in the ambassador club to help people become a leader.

My name is Josh. I lived in Santa Maria I was born there and I lived there ever since I was born in 1994. i went to Arroyo Grande high school I graduated high school in 2013 I came to pathpoint in 2014 I been at pathpoint 10 years. I started coaching football in 2016 I been coaching football 6 years I started coaching basketball last year I been coaching basketball over a year.
I started people first group 8 years. To teach people to learn how to be patient have them raise there hand and to have people wait on there turn to be called on and for them to not talk over people

Hi my name is Sandy Salinas I was born in Corcoran I live in Corcoran over 7 years. I moved from Corcoran to los osos 2018 I live in los osos over 5 years. I moved to San Luis Obispo I live here over 2 years I went to high school in Tulare. I graduated high school in 1999 I work at pathpoint and I’m a hard worker. I get along with all my friends and I graduated from the ambassador club in 2023 and I’m going to be an ambassador metor and I’m on the people first group. I want to help people get along with everyone.

My name is James. I lived in New York I lived in New York mostly all my life. I moved from New York to San Luis Obispo 1995 i went to Washington high school. I graduated high school in 1982 I’m in ambassador club and I’m on the people first group I’m working at pathpoint I been at pathpoint off and on. I had cancer over 20 years I feel really good.

My name is Drew. I went to high school in Righetti high school I was born November 26 1977. I lived in Los otivos for a year and in Fullerton and Orange County I’m 44 years old
I came to pathpoint after he moved from Orange County to San Luis Obispo. I am in special Olympics he does lots of sports he goes to Adventure club he likes dancing
I am in people first group. I live with roommates in my apartment. I like calling his uncle don cowboy. I like playing games with all of his friends. I like watching football and wrestling WWE and basketball. I like to help people to get a long and wants no one to fight or yell for everyone to be happy

I live on my own with my cat. I have a good sense of humor. I’m in people first and I graduated from the ambassador club. I’m an ambassador mentor. I wanna help people to stand up for themselves

My name is melody. I lived in Atascadero with my family then I moved to Chico with my mom. I come back and forth to see my grandma in Atascadero. I went to Atascadero high school I go to program in Atascadero

My name is Raymond. I’m in a wheelchair. I’m very independent I get around places on the city bus I’m on the board of directors and I’m on the people first and I work at pathpoint in San Luis Obispo. I’m downstairs in the seniors I have lots of friends at pathpoint I was in people first when they did people first in person before Covid started. I like doing art and I like doing karaoke
